It is a blessing to be able to have mobility, flexibility, to feel strong and live with vitality. We believe in moving our body for at least 30 minutes everyday and to be joyful that we can.
A lot of us are working from home or do not have access to gyms, here’s a circuit you can do as a workout in itself, or whenever you need a 5 minute movement session between work blocks!
