Where do we ship?
We ship nationwide within Canada.
All online orders are shipped out of our facilities in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.
From there, it depends on where you are located! We ship all orders under Canada Post’s Expedited Parcels service.
Our shipping partners are unable to
deliver to P.O. Boxes, which may lead to delays or undeliverable
packages. If a P.O. Box is provided, we will reach out for an
alternative address, potentially delaying your order. To avoid issues,
please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
If you need help updating your address, our customer support team is
happy to assist.

Yes, we are happy to offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our products.

Please note Aeryon Wellness will only
issue credits to the party who initially purchased the products directly
from Aeryon Wellness. All return products are to be shipped at
customer’s expense.
Full refunds are only offered for
unopened products to the original credit card on file. For any opened
products being returned, a refund of the original amount will be offered
on an Aeryon Wellness gift card. This gift card does not expire and can
only be used at AeryonWellness.com.
