“They do work for me you have to be active for them to actually work and I don’t take the recommended dose I only take one a day they say 2 for the Lose It ones and for the Water Be Gone they say 3 but I take one ,they are a good mix, I do get heartburn from one of them I believe the Lose It I take a Tums and I’m all good.
