As we step into holiday season, it is easy to get wrapped up in the idea of “earning” food as we are surrounded with delicious sweets and treats we maybe wouldn’t normally eat. But remember, your exercise routine should be one that rejuvenates you, not one that punishes you for enjoying some delicious food!
Try this quick and efficient workout that you can do anywhere! All you need is your body!
Set a timer for 15 minutes, and do as many rounds as possible:
15 squats
10 pushups
15 glute bridges
10 mountain climbers
30 sec wall sit
