June 2022 Thoughts You Think

Every now and then, there are days when you just need a little pick-me-up. You can blame it on the weather, (especially in B.C) the wrong side of the bed, or that awkward conversation you had yesterday. But negative thoughts don’t have to hold you down or affect your mood or the outcome of your day. Some of our favourite ways to surround ourselves with positivity is to use affirmations. Pick the ones that resonate with you and put them places you look the most. Write them in your planner, set notifications on your phone, or repeat the one that resonates most with you over and over!

Repeat these affirmations daily to start your day on a positive note!

As I step forth into this new day.
I see all the possibilities.
I acknowledge my blessings.
I honor and respect myself.
I nourish my body with healthy, whole foods.
I move my body daily.
I choose to act with love and respect to others and myself.
I let go of the need to be perfect.
I am enough.
Every moment I have is a gift.
I lovingly release the past.
