1/2 Cup Papaya

1/2 Cup Pineapple

1 Cucumber

5 Ice Cubes

1/2 Cup Mint Leaves

1 Cup Baby Spinach

1 Cup Water

1 Serving Whey Protein/Vegan Protein Powder

1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass & enjoy!
