This nutrient-dense, refreshing smoothie bowl is perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up in the summer time!

Directions:
Throw the banana, frozen mango, baby spinach, protein powder and almond milk into a blender. Blend well until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries, chia seeds, goji berries, and any other favourite toppings. Enjoy!

1 Banana (frozen)
1 cup Frozen Mango
1 cup Baby Spinach
1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsps Goji Berries
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
